About Safe and Sealed

Safe and Sealed is a specialist consultancy based in Stoke-on-Trent, providing health and safety, CDM advisory, fire risk assessment and Legionella risk assessment services to businesses and property owners across the UK.

Our Background

Safe and Sealed was founded with a straightforward purpose: to give businesses and property owners access to practical, professional consultancy across health and safety, construction safety (CDM), fire risk and Legionella risk, without unnecessary complexity or cost.

We recognised that many organisations struggle to find consultants who understand their sector and can provide genuinely useful guidance across all of these disciplines. They are often served by large consultancies for whom smaller clients are low priority, or by generalists who lack the depth of knowledge to deliver real value.

Safe and Sealed was built to be different. Whether you need a retained health and safety adviser, CDM support on a construction project, a fire risk assessment for a commercial premises or residential block, or a Legionella risk assessment for a landlord portfolio, we provide a consistent, professional service tailored to how your business actually operates.

We are based in Stoke-on-Trent and work with clients across Staffordshire, the Midlands, the North West (Cheshire, Lancashire, Manchester) and beyond. Our consultants bring hands-on experience from the construction, property, hospitality and facilities management sectors. We understand the pressures you face, the standards your clients and insurers expect and the practicalities of getting compliance right in the real world.

Professional Memberships and Accreditations

Safe and Sealed holds professional memberships and qualifications that reflect our commitment to competence and continuous professional development.

  • IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health)

Membership of IOSH, the world’s leading professional body for health and safety professionals, demonstrates our commitment to ethical practice and ongoing development.

  • IFSM (Institute of Fire Safety Managers)

Our fire safety work is underpinned by membership of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers, the professional body dedicated to fire safety management and competence in fire risk assessment.

  • APS (Association for Project Safety)

Membership of the Association for Project Safety reflects our expertise in CDM advisory work and our commitment to the professional standards expected of CDM advisers and principal designers.

These memberships are not simply letters after a name. They represent ongoing obligations to practise to a professional standard, keep our knowledge current and adhere to a code of conduct. When you instruct Safe and Sealed, you are working with consultants who are held to account by their professional bodies.

Our Commitment to You

We believe that consultancy should be clear, honest and practical, whether we are advising on day-to-day health and safety, guiding a construction project through CDM, carrying out a fire risk assessment or assessing Legionella risk. We will not recommend more than you need, produce documentation for its own sake or use technical language to make our work seem more complex than it is. Our goal is to leave every client better informed, better protected and more confident in their compliance than when we started.

If something is not working for you, tell us. We are a straightforward business and we welcome honest feedback.
